  • Do you accept payment by mail?
    Due to the lengthy time frame of payments by mail we do not recommend mailing any forms of payment, since no online order can be processed until a payment has been received.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    All orders can be canceled within 24-48 hours before your order has been processed and shipped. STEPS: 1. Reach out to our CS team at: support@ingredientgrowth.com 2. Provide your name, contact information and order number
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not at this time. We are currently working with our shipping providers to provide affordable shipping rates for international customers. Please check back at a later time for any updates.
  • What if I do not receive the results I was expecting?
