COVID-19 Return Policy Update

Ingredient Growth Beauty Company practices COVID-19 safety guidelines as it pertains to the safety of our customers and team members. As concerns continue to rise regarding the virus we will continue to clean and disinfect product packaging, work stations, tools, shipping supplies and maintain a social distancing, hand washing and mask wearing environment. At this time we are unable to honor any request for refunds and/or returns. Please note that the COVID-19 Return Policy Update overrides our "General Return Policy" until further notice. 

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Here at Ingredient Growth Beauty Company we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, while also ensuring the safety of all customers, team members and haircare products purchased on our website.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund any return eligible items that you are not in love with; within 14 days from the order date.

 

All returns must be unopened, unused and include the protective seal.  Some items are not returnable due to safety and sanitary reason. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Return/Refund Guidelines:

 

    1    Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with protective seals and include all merchandise paperwork.

 

    2    Requested 14 days from shipment date.

 

    3    Purchased from www.ingredientgrowth.com and no other retailer and/or vendor

 

 

 

HAIR CARE ITEMS

 

Due to the safety and sanitary nature of our hair care products we have opted not to include certain hair care products from our return policy. Please check the "Return Policy Tab" on each product page to ensure that item is returnable before purchasing. Listed below are just a few of our nonrefundable items:

*Shampoos & Conditioners

 

*Leave-in Conditioner creams

 

*Growth Oils and Blends

 

*Growth Rice

 

 

 

SALE AND PROMOTIONAL RETURNS

 

All sale and promotional items are considered final and do not fall within the guidelines of our return policy. 

 

SHIPPING OF RETURNED ITEMS

 

All refunds will be minus shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for shipping return items to our returns center. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries and any items shipped using this method will be returned back to sender. We must receive all returned items within 14 business days from the date the return was approved by one of our customer support specialist.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

 

Once all items have been received to our facility you will receive an email from a returns specialist in regards to the item(s) receipt. Processing time is usually 5-7 business days, not including your financial institutions processing time. 

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

 

If for any reason you have to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within 24-48 hours of placing your order or before receiving a shipment notification. Our team can  be reached by email at support@ingredientgrowth.com. Anytime after this time frame or if we have already processed your order we will gladly refund your purchase minus any restocking fees. 

 

LOST OR UNDELIVERED RETURNS

 

In the rare event of lost return items to our facility, the customer will be responsible for opening an investigation with their shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any items until they have been received to our facility within the 14 day time frame. 

To avoid any product return to sender from the postal system and/or lost items. We ask all of our valued customers to verify their information before placing their orders. Please insure apartment numbers and suites are included to avoid any postal returns. If any items are returned to our facility due to any incorrect information the customer will be responsible for shipping cost to reship those items. It for any reason a refund is requested during this process, a restocking and handling fee will be calculated and the remaining amount will be credited to the original payment method. In the event any purchased items are lost during shipping we will open an investigation with the postal system at your request. 

 

EXCHANGES

 

Unfortunately, Ingredient Growth Beauty Company does not honor product exchanges at this time and any such request must follow our return policy guidelines. Due to inventory availability, we hope our customers can understand why we have opted out of this option.
