General Order Processing & Shipping Policy

 

Our #1 goal after you've placed your order with us is getting your items to your front door fast, secure and accurate with no delays in your healthy hair journey. After receiving your order we begin the processing phase. Our average processing time is approximately 1-2 business days; however, this time frame can be affected by high order volume and/or the item's stock status. In this event processing time can be extended to 3-5 business days.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

 

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you notice you’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact our customer support team within 24-48 hour during processing time. If your order has been processed and mailed you will be responsible for the package at that time and any request for a refund would fall under our return policy guidelines. 

 

All shipping fee’s are nonrefundable unless specific policy guidelines have been met and approved.

 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, in which you can track your order at that time.

 

Any items marked as delivered by the carrier will be consider delivered. In the case of any lost packages, please contact the carrier and submit a complaint with them then email our customer support department to submit a request for an investigation on our end. You will still be responsible for corresponding directly with the carrier. We will do everything we can to make this process as easy as possible because we understand how stressful lost packages can be. We're in it with you! 

 

Please allot order processing time and shipping time when expecting your package. 

 

 We DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes and both the billing and mailing address must match. If purchasing with a prepaid card just enter your name and mailing address. 

 

Any credit card fraud or identity theft will be reported and future orders will be rejected.

 

We will ship to a different address other than the billing address but both the name on the card and billing address must match. 

 

Ingredient Growth Beauty Company Reserve the right to declined any orders that are suspected to be fraudulent and/or with criminal intent. 

 

Shipping Methods & Important Information

We ship using United State Postal System and UPS or FedEx to provide you with the best shipping rates. The specific carrier will be determined during processing. 

 

Domestic Orders:

All domestic orders will ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the shipping class selected at checkout.

Majority of our domestic packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via USPS and UPS. This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center. This shipping method may change without notice. All orders once processed will generate a tracking number with the exact carrier that will be emailed to you. 

 

 

Order Cancellations:

If for any reason you need to cancel your order please contact our customer support by email at support@ingredientgrowth.com within 24 hours of placing your order.  Anytime after the 24 hour window or if we have already processed but have not shipped your order we will gladly refund your purchase minus any restocking fees. If your order has already be shipped you will be responsible for requesting a refund and shipping all items back to our facility. Our Return Policy will apply. 

 

Undelivered Returns:

To avoid any product return to sender from the postal system and/or lost items. We ask all of our valued customers to verify their information before placing their order. Please insure apartment numbers and suites are included to avoid any postal returns. If any items are returned to our facility due to any incorrect information the customer will be responsible for shipping cost to reship those items. It for any reason a refund is requested during this process, a restocking and handling fee will be calculated and the remaining amount will be credited to the original payment method. In the event any purchased items are lost during shipping we will open an investigation with the postal system at your request. 

 

 

Free Shipping Promotion:

We currently offer free domestic shipping on orders of $99 and more. The shipping carrier will be determined during processing and a tracking number will be generated and shipped to you once your order has shipped. This promotion is subject to change without notice.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not honor product exchanges at this time and any such request must follow our return policy guidelines. Due to inventory availability we hope our customers can understand why we have opted out of this options. 

 

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Ingredient Growth Beauty Company will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please contact your local USPS, UPS, FedEx or the specific carrier to request that an investigation be opened. After requesting an investigation contact our customer support by email and we will request an investigation on our end as well. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the listed address.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Order:

When processing and packaging any orders our team does so with care. Our packaging process includes wrapping and/or filling shipping boxes with shipping peanuts or wrapping foam. All items are sealed with a protective seal and securely packed to withstand the transit to your door. If for any reason you receive a damaged item please take a picture of the item(s) and submit a claim to our customer support team at: support@ingredientgrowth.com within 72 hours of the delivery date.  In the rare event that you receive the incorrect order please contact our customer support team and we will correct your order at no cost to you. 

COMING SOON! International Shipping

International Orders:

All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, go out United States Postal Service Priority International. Tracking numbers are given, but the postal service does not typically allow tracking of this number until the package has been delivered. Please note that minor adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and the current USPS shipping rates.

 

 

 

Taxes, Duties and Customs:

The purchaser is responsible for any applicable taxes and/or duties that may apply. Unfortunately, we do not calculate or collect taxes or duties at the time of checkout. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure their countries local regulations and policies. We are happy to supply our healthy hair products worldwide but it is the purchaser's responsibility to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.
